This policy applies to paid software sold by AutoFactory Technologies Ltd, trading as AutoFactory Audio. Free software is, naturally, not covered — there is nothing to refund.
Our free plugins cost nothing and carry no refund. Uninstall any time.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our software is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase and starting your download you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This is standard for downloadable software and is required for us to give you instant access.
We want you to be happy with what you buy. If, within 14 days of purchase, the software does not work as described or you are not satisfied, email us and we will work it out — including a full refund in genuine cases. We would rather fix the problem (most issues are install/compatibility and quick to resolve), but we will not keep your money if the product genuinely isn't right for you.
We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse (for example, repeated buy-refund cycles, or sharing licence keys).
Email hello@autofactory.ai from the address you purchased with, including your order/receipt number and a short note on the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Paid purchases are processed by our payment partner acting as merchant of record (for direct sales) or by Apple (for App Store purchases). App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund process via your Apple account; we will gladly help, but Apple administers those refunds. For direct sales, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Nothing in this policy affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer, including remedies where digital content is faulty or not as described under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the EU Digital Content Directive.
