AutoFactory Audio provides audio software for music producers and engineers, and related content and downloads. We may add, change, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
Software we make available is licensed, not sold. Each release is provided under the licence included with it; that licence governs your rights to use it.
Where the Services interact with third-party platforms (such as X, Bluesky, YouTube, and TikTok), that use is also subject to each platform's own terms and policies. We are responsible only for our own content and conduct on those platforms.
The AutoFactory Audio name, logo, website, and software are our property or that of our licensors. These terms grant you no rights to them beyond use of the Services as intended.
The Services and downloads are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, AutoFactory Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do.
