Meter Core 0.7.13
Fixed: HEADROOM could miss short sample overs and failed to flag intersample overs. It now shows CLIP above 0 dBFS or 0 dBTP and holds the warning for two seconds of audio after the latest over. RESET clears it; RESET PASS preserves it.
